Thanksgiving morning we headed to the family property near Brenham to meet up with everyone there and have a nice Thanksgiving meal at Denny’s in town. There isn’t much open in Brenham on Thanksgiving day and they actually had turkey and dressing on the menu, so it worked out well. Omi and Opa were there, along with Grandma and Grandpa Allen, Aunt Susan and Chrissy. It was also Grandma Allen’s 92nd birthday, so we had a party for her right before dinner.
