Marc told me that LOTS of Dutch people ride bikes, but wow!! He wasn’t kidding. Down every street I’ve seen rows and rows of bikes parked in front of businesses and cafes. These people are serious about it.

He also told me I HAD to try these french fries from this little place that serves them in a paper cone and puts mayo on top. I thought there was no way I would ever eat mayo on fries, but these things were great!!
